The H. Pylori Antibody Rapid Test (Whole blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the detection of Helicobacter pylori antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with H. pylori.Introduction about H.pylori H. Pylori is a small, spiral-shaped bacterium that lives in the surface of the stomach and duodenum. It is implicated in the etiology of a variety of gastrointestinal diseases, including duodenal and gastric ulcer, non-ulcer dyspepsia and active and chronic gastritis. 1,2 Both invasive and non-invasive methods are used to diagnose H. Pylori infection in patients with symptoms of gastrointestinal disease. Infection rate of people over 40 years old is more than 50%. H. Pylori is mainly transmitted from human to human through mouth-mouth, fecal-oral and endoscopic routes, and the spread of the phenomenon is reflected in the family.

PROCEDURE
1. Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the device with patient or control
identification.
2. For whole blood specimen: Using the provided disposable pipette, Allow 2 hanging drops of finger stick whole blood specimen to fall into the center of the specimen well (S) on the device, then add 1 drop of buffer and start the timer.
For serum /plasma specimen: transfer 3 drops of serum/plasma specimen (approximately 75 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the device and start the timer.
3. Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
